The Religious norms Are those that indicate what should be the code of behavior of members belonging to a particular religion.
These norms affect all aspects of people's lives, as they indicate what kind of behavior should be displayed, which rites to follow, and which gods to worship.
These types of norms are documented in a sacred text, such as the Koran, the Bible or the Torah.
Similarly, in All religions , The norms are interpreted by his guide or maximum spiritual authority, who in turn is in charge of watching over them (Tipings, 2017).
All religious norms are designed to regulate the behavior of human beings in all aspects of their lives.
This is how they deal with issues related to family, sex, food, prayer, physical appearance, and special celebrations (Berkeley, 2017).
Compliance with religious norms can be more or less rigorous depending on religion and its followers.
Generally, the punishment for the adepts of any religion before the breach of the norms is the loss of the divine rights in a state of later grace.
Featured examples of religious norms
All the practices that derive from the faith that is professed are considered religious norms. In this way, the choice of the god that is worshiped, the prayers that are pronounced, the rituals that are performed, the services that are attended to, the habits that are adopted and the moments in which all these practices are carried out , Are considered religious norms (Hutama, 2015).

Rules of Orthodox Judaism
1 - Modesty
These rules relate to how men and women should dress. Garments should be modest, neutral colors and can not be revealing.
2 - Social Relations
Both men and women interact with each other in small groups composed of members of the same gender.
3 - Clothing
Men must wear black suits and socks, a white shirt, a tzitzit (fabric) and a kippa.
4 - Food
The food consumed must be Kosher, that is, prepared according to religious standards.
5 - Music
No secular music is heard or female singers (Falk, 2006).
Catholicism Standards
The norms of Catholicism are compiled into two fundamental categories which are the ten commandments and the sacraments.
These two categories indicate what the behavior of the files should be and what rituals they must follow in order to reaffirm the exercise of their faith.
10 Commandments
1 - To love God above all else.
2 - Use the name of God in vain.
3 - You shall sanctify all the feasts.
4 - Honor father and mother.
5 - Do not kill
6 - Do not commit indecent acts.
7 - Do not steal.
8 - Do not lie.
9 - Do not have impure thoughts.
10 - Do not covet the property of others.
Rules of Islam
The norms of Islam are known as the five basic pillars of religion that all its faithful must follow. These are listed below:
1 - Shahada
There is only one god (Allah) and one must profess a single and devout faith towards him.
2 - Prayer
You should pray five times a day. To carry out these prayers, other rules should be followed, such as washing the body, the hour at which the prayers are performed (morning, noon, evening, sunset and night).
3 - Alms
All members of the religion should give alms annually to those who need it most, starting with their neighbors and their families.
This corresponds to 2.5% of what is earned. The rule states that you should save 10% of your income and give an alms equivalent to a quarter of those savings.
4 - The Fast
This rule is known as Ramadan, it gives rise to other rules that must be taken into account in order to carry out fasting, such as the moment in which the fast begins, the act of intention before starting it and the abstention of multiple Activities such as smoking and sex.
5 - The Pilgrimage
The rule indicates that every Muslim should go at least once in his life to Mecca (BBC, 2009).
Rules of Hinduism
1 - Respect for the Elderly
This rule should be demonstrated through customs, such as sitting on the left side of the elderly, bringing presents on special occasions, or not yawning or stretching in front of them.
2 - Name Protocol
It is stated that the elder should not be referred to by name but by the link he has with him.
Thus the elder brother will not be called by the name, but by the term"annan"or older brother.
3 - Touching the Feet
Touching the feet of a sacred figure is a way of recognizing the respect and admiration you have for that figure.
4 - Dakshina
The rule indicates that a monetary contribution or gift must be given to the priest after the end of a rite.
5 - Purity and Food
Purity is central to food and food. The norms of Hinduism indicate that food should not be tasted directly from the spoon and that a person's lips should never touch the container from which other individuals will also drink.
6 - Flower Offerings
The flowers that are taken to offer to the deities should not be smelled, since even the smell is for the gods. On the other hand, flowers that fall to the ground, should not be offered.
7 - Offerings
Offerings for deities must be loaded with both hands on the right side of the body, so it is not possible to smell them.
All items must be washed, prepared, wrapped and covered before being offered.
8 - Shoes
The shoes are considered impure, therefore, you can not enter with them to any temple or to the home of another Hindu (India, 2017).
