The tools used for the preparation of electronic presentations usually offer templates with the essential skeleton according to the type of slide: presentation, beginning of a section, comparative sheets, content slides, etc.
Pre-loaded templates have a variety of designs (colors, shapes, layout) that are attractive enough to suit all tastes.
The electronic design also favors the fast and easy editing of the content, since it is possible to include or delete information, images or graphics of a slide with just a click.
It is also very simple to delete slides, or rearrange them according to the taste of the presenter.
2- Use of multimedia resources
Electronic presentations allow the embedding of audio-visual resources such as audio or video clips as a dynamic part of the slides.

Disadvantages

There is a minimum of technological requirements to successfully reproduce these types of presentations.
At least one computer, a projector, a reflection screen and a nearby electrical point to energize the equipment to be used.
However, once the initial investment in the necessary software and hardware is made, the cost of developing the electronic presentations is practically nil.
5- Danger of loss of information
The electronic file may be damaged or deleted from the computer, as a result of a computer virus, or by an unintentional error of whoever manipulates the device.
That is why it is extremely important to keep backup versions of the digital presentation, to avoid this type of contingencies.
6- Risk of occurrence of technical malfunctions
There is always a risk of electrical or sound failure, the occurrence of errors in the terminals of the computer, or a problem of reproduction in the presentation due to incompatibility between the program installed on the computer and the version of the document.
