I have made a series of Depression phrases . The first part conveys the state in which people with this psychological disorder are found, while the second part consists of several phrases to help overcome it.

I will not stop too much, although in my opinion, to overcome this mental illness, the basics is:
- Control negative thoughts.
- Start doing activities little by little and do not lock yourself in the house.
- Do sport.
- Socialize.
- Create new personal and social resources.
